I have to admit I adore avocados. Homemade guacamole is my absolute favorite thing to eat with rice crackers or Beanitos (corn-chip-like black bean chips). Awesome party food!
Avocados are so versatile – I put them in shakes to thicken them up and in salad for extra healthy fats.

A smooth vegan chocolate pudding that's super tasty and healthy!

- 2 avocados - rind and pit removed
- 1/2 cup almond milk (can use rice milk instead)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp real vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
And that's it! SOOOOO Yummy!
