Chili Lime Mayo

We’ve been a little obsessed with sweet potatoes around here lately – and we’re totally LOVING Alexia Sweet Potato Fries!

(The people at Alexia have no idea we’re writing this, btw. We just think there sp fries taste so dang good!)

We’re also dip people…and ketchup is just plain ol’ nasty with sweet potatoes, kwim?

So when a dear friend said she adds chili powder to mayo for a dip, I got to thinking…and after a few trial runs (that were okay, but kind of ‘meh’) came up with this crazy simple recipe.

Recipe: Chili Lime Mayo
Prep time
Total time
A spicy-good dip perfect for sweet potato fries!
Recipe type: Appetizer
Serves: 2-4
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 heaping tbsp chili powder
  • juice from half a small lime
  1. Simply mix all together in a bowl and serve with sweet potato fries and ENJOY!

Do you have any favourite go to snacks? Any favourite dips?

Oooh – I’ll definitely have to try this, it looks great! I’ve been trying to perfect my own sweet potato fries ALL summer! I always make chipotle mayo (mayo and chipotles peppers) but I’ll definitely try yours now!

We usually buy ours at Costco, but I know you can get it at the SuperStore/Loblaws/Zehrs in the health food section freezers. :) Enjoy!
