Merry Christmas & Doin’ It Yourself Link Party #11

We’ve got nothing for you this week friends. No crafts, no DIY projects and not a thrifty find to be found. Dean’s been working overtime at his day job and I’ve been doing laundry, tidying and watching movies with our little people as well as finishing up some Christmas shopping. We’re hoping to have the living room shelves all finished to show you in the New Year. But for now we’ll leave you with wishes for a very Merry Christmas. We’re thinking of all of you and praying you have safe travels, peaceful family time and that the reason for Christmas is truly remembered and celebrated:

And an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were filled with fear. And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger. {Luke 2:9-12}

The link party for this week will be up for a bit longer than usual. Feel free to share anything you’ve created, Christmas or not.

Only two rules:

  1. Your project must be created by you in some way. BIG OR SMALL! Have fun!
  2. Link back to us, either by text link or button that’s found on our sidebar.

P.S. Super HUGE thanks to Abby (Apartment Therapy) for being SO sweet and sending us the family photos she took. You have no idea how much we appreciate that, Abby!

    Just found you via the DIY Show off. Your home is darling and looking oh so festive. I am not much of a DIY-er but I do an occasional project so I thought I would share. Thanks for the the party and have a great holiday!
