DIY Link Party #45

You’re all going to laugh at me…I totally thought today was Wednesday!

I was all proud of myself, thinking I’d just write the DIY Link Party post for tomorrow…and then I realized it was already Thursday!

Now do you see why I’m looking forward to the routine of autumn?! Sheesh!

So, before it’s Friday, let’s get on with this show!

Now I’m a pencil and paper 3-meal-a-day-plus-snacks planner myself, but I love the idea behind this DIY Dry Erase Menu by Tattered Tulips!

At our old house we had an upright piano. I sure wish I’d seen all the painted pianos out there before we got rid of it! (Really there’s no room for it at this house, but still!). Doodles & Stitches painted this lovely blue piano!

Speaking of lovely blues, Lilacs and Longhorns updated this China Cabinet with a lovely shade from Annie Sloan’s chalk paint line. (And no worries that your submission was sideways, Julie! It was your first time!)

Oh for the love of reclaimed wood, soft colours and chevron! The Sweetest Digs spruced up their hallway and made it all purty-like!

      There are still only a couple of suppliers in Canada. The Melon Patch near Kingston sells it, as does Lauren Lane Decor in Alberta (Tara’s sister has taken over since some of you know Tara passed away suddenly). I’m pretty sure you can order it from the American suppliers too (shipping costs may be higher) like Shaunna at Perfectly Imperfect.
