Typically each week we host a link party called Doin’ It Yourself. It’s your chance to show off your diy projects, crafts or home decorating. You know do a little {humble} bragging on yourself. Of course there are rules. But there are only two {we like things nice and easy around here}:

Rule number one is that you have to have a hand in creating your project. Maybe you whipped up some fantastic craft a la Martha. Or maybe you just put up new curtains and rearranged the furniture. Doesn’t matter. As long as you did it.

Rule number two is that you must link back to us in the post you are sharing. This rule is two-fold. It is in place so that more people find out about our party and can share in the fun and thus show off your project even more. This rule also helps spread the word about {aka}|design which helps us feel the love and want to keep on posting!
