On Fridays we have a little extra fun at {aka}|design – because we share five random things from our week: last week we shared our top 5 photography tips and this week we’re back to design inspiration, amazing etsy shops, fun family stuff!
1. We mentioned that we were in the midst of a desk/office space reorganization a couple of weeks back. Well we’ve made a bit of progress…more to come, for sure. I can hardly wait to get this space all put together!
2. Dean and I got a babysitter and hopped on the GO train last Saturday. It was our annual trip to the National Home Show. More photos (taken by us) are on our facebook page. If you haven’t made it to the show yet, you can get $3 off tickets by ordering your tickets online.
3. Did you know we have a giveaway and a project link party going on right now?! Check it out!
4. This past Monday was my birthday. The weather was gorgeous and I had a blast hanging out with my family. I don’t think I’ve ever hung out at the lake (in Ontario!) on my birthday before!
5. You may have noticed we’ve been getting ready for spring and Easter around here (see our Spring mantel here and some of our Easter table setting here). We want to give you a head’s up that on Thursday the 5th of April we will be having a special themed linky party – EASTER TABLE SETTINGS & CENTERPIECES!!! So get busy prettying up those tables!
