A Few Finishing Touches

The other day I posted about some gorgeous things I saw while shopping at Homesense(which I’ve been corrected and told that it is similar to TJ Maxx in the States and not Target like I originally thought). At the end of that post I promised I would show you what I actually brought home.

First up is this awesome little – okay it’s quite large – vintage looking alarm clock. It was in a box that was all mangled and broken up. But that served to make it quite a steal and at $7 I just had to bring it home.

I have been looking for a magazine rack/holder for the bathroom for a while. But I didn’t want just anything. It had to be just right. The day before my visit to Homesense, I almost bought a basket of sorts, but it just wasn’t quite right. And here’s why:

This was waiting for me at Homesense! Isn’t it perfectly industrial with all it’s wireliness (that’s a word you know!)?!

And finally, these boxes were just screaming at me – “Hey Ladyyyy, take us home!”.

And with three little munchkins, how could I ignore a call like that?!
