Our Christmas Tables

A lot of our fellow bloggers posted their Christmas tables long ago. Now the way I figure it, they either ate Christmas dinner early, or they had a table set that they didn’t need for days or weeks, or they set it up for photos and then took it down again.

None of those worked at our house.

So now, three days after Christmas, we bring you our Christmas tables.

First of all, we have the kids’ table. With our three kids plus my sister’s kids, there were five children. We used plastic utensils for them (to keep things white and blue), but they had real plates and some colour co-ordinating round place-mats.

Then of course the adults table. I worked with what we had already, keeping the white, blue and silver theme going.

Pretty simple. :)

We hope you had a fabulous Christmas!

Happy New Year to you too! And yes, the kids loved having their table decorated too. My nephew thought it was so pretty! S.

  2. love the color scheme!
that is why i have convinced Roy that we need to invest in ALL white dishes, that way we can mix and match, get some great chargers etc!

Lol. Thank you. We bought our white dish set (place setting for 8 plus creamer and sugar, 1 serving bowl AND salt & pepper shakers) on boxing day a couple of years ago at Sears for $50!!! It was such a steal. I have filled in with individual pieces from Kitchen Stuff Plus. S.
